I am located at 96 Pompton Ave., Suite 201, Verona, NJ. Please use the side entrance (gray door to the left of Eleanor Health) and ring the bell marked Empyrean. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. The building has a parking lot.
My office hours are by appointment only, as follows:
Monday & Thursday – 11am – 7pm
Tuesday & Friday – 9am – 5pm
Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday – office closed, however I may have availability on these days for chair massage events.
Effective January 1, 2019, I require a credit card on file for every client. This information is stored in an encrypted system.
I will confirm appointments by phone, text or email approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, please know that I do this as a courtesy and it is ultimately up to the client to remember his/her appointment.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service value for the missed appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel your appointment with less than 4 hours notice or do not show up, your credit card will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. Package clients will be charged one session off their package. If you have a gift certificate on file, it will be redeemed for the missed session.
Clients who cancel excessively, regardless of time frame or reason, will no longer be allowed to book appointments.
Late Arrivals
It is always best to arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to ensure that you receive your full time on the table. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be responsible for the full session time that was reserved for you regardless of the length of treatment actually given. Out of respect and consideration for myself and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Illness
Please do not schedule or keep an appointment if you have a contagious illness (fever, sore throat, vomiting, etc). Massage during illness may exacerbate your symptoms and make you feel worse. You also risk spreading your illness to me and to my other clients. If you are or may become contagious please reschedule your appointment as soon as your symptoms occur, otherwise cancellation fees may apply.
