• If you are vaccinated for COVID-19, wearing a mask is optional [proof of vaccination required if you choose not to wear a mask.]

• Your temperature will be taken upon arrival, and you will not be able to receive massage if your temperature is 100 degrees or higher.

• It is imperative that you do not schedule or keep an appointment if you have any signs of contagious illness or have had recent contact with someone who has.

• A COVID-19 intake form and waiver must be completed prior to your appointment. This form will be emailed to you.

• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

• For your safety, enhanced sanitation measures and air filtration have been implemented.
